About me

My name's Matthew (PL: Mateusz) and I live in Rotmanka, Poland. I have been collecting crown caps since March 2005. I have started collecting them when my friend showed me his collection. At first, I put my caps into a box. I didn’t pay attention to any details. After some time, I told my family and friends about my hobby, and the amount of caps has started to increase. One day I found a forum of collectors of crown caps from Poland. It was in October 2006. Thanks to this forum I have started to exchange caps with other collectors from all over the world. I don’t have many caps, but I’m happy with those which I have.

On 1 December 2006 I made my first webpage.

Apart from caps I've also been collecting stamps, plastic caps and aluminum screw-tops (but only from Poland). As far as caps are concerned, I've been collecting them from all over the world, from soda and beer, without distinguishing signatures. Currently, my collection is amounted to over 4000 caps.
